ScreenClip is a macOS application that allows users to capture screenshots, record screen video and GIF animations, annotate captured content, and manage captured media on their local devices.
The App does not require account creation or user login.

### Crash Reports
The App may collect **crash reports** when the App unexpectedly stops working.
Crash reports are collected solely for the purpose of diagnosing bugs and improving app stability and may include:
- Technical information about the crash
- App version and operating system version

Crash reports do **not** intentionally include screenshots, screen recordings, audio data, or other user-generated content.
Crash reporting may be provided by Apple or a trusted third-party service used solely for stability and debugging purposes.

## Captured Content
All screenshots, screen recordings, GIF animations, and other content created using the App are stored locally on your device.
We do not have access to, visibility into, or control over any content you capture or record using the App.

## Data Synchronization via iCloud
The App may optionally synchronize data, including captured screenshots, screen recordings, and related metadata, using **Apple iCloud** under your personal Apple ID.
This synchronization:
- Occurs solely between your own devices
- Is handled entirely by Apple’s iCloud infrastructure
- Is governed by Apple’s privacy policies and security practices
**ScreenClip does not operate, control, or maintain servers for the storage or synchronization of user content.**
We do not receive, store, access, or process any data synchronized via iCloud and have no technical ability to view such data.

If you purchase subscriptions or features through the Apple App Store, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple.
We do not receive payment information or personal data related to App Store purchases.

The App does not integrate with advertising, tracking, or marketing platforms.
The only third-party services that may be involved are:
